At the Annual Owners meeting, 3 proposals were presented that had been collected prior. The members voted to forego the waiting period for additional proposals and accepted the lowest cost proposal. This RFP is now closed.
Hardcastle Farms Subdivision, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the maintenance of common areas, including mowing, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep. This contract will run from April 1, 2025, to April 1, 2026, with payments made on a monthly basis.
We’re looking for a dependable service provider to help keep Hardcastle Farms well-maintained and beautiful throughout the year.
Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services:
✔ Regular Mowing, Trimming & Blowing (32 times per year)
✔ Landscape Trimming (2 times per year)
✔ Pine Bark Nugget Mulch Application (1 time per year)
✔ Weed Control for Landscape Beds (8 times per year)
✔ Broadleaf Control & Fertilization (6 times per year)
✔ Additional services on request (hourly rates apply)
✔ Optional: Irrigation System Open & Close
