Architectural Review Committee Request Form

Per Article 3 of the Restrictive Covenants, “No building, fence, gazebo, outbuilding, wall, pool, playground equipment, or other structure of any type (including a detached garage) shall be commenced, erected or maintained on…, nor shall any exterior addition to or change in materials and location of” any property in Hardcastle Farms Subdivision without approval in writing from the Architectural Review Committee. Please use the form below to submit the required information before beginning any such project.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not get a reply from the ARC ([email protected]) within 24 hours, please contact any ARC or Board Member who will facilitate getting you verification. If you do not receive a reply, it is assumed that nothing was submitted.

If the ARC deems additional information required, the 30 day review period does not begin until all requested information is submitted. The ARC will respond as quickly as possible.
