Per Article 3 of the Restrictive Covenants, “No building, fence, gazebo, outbuilding, wall, pool, playground equipment, or other structure of any type (including a detached garage) shall be commenced, erected or maintained on…, nor shall any exterior addition to or change in materials and location of” any property in Hardcastle Farms Subdivision without approval in writing from the Architectural Review Committee.
