Hardcastle Farms Subdivision, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the maintenance of common areas, including mowing, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep. This contract will run from April 1, 2026, to March 30, 2027, with payments made on a monthly basis.
We’re looking for a dependable service provider to help keep Hardcastle Farms well-maintained and beautiful throughout the year.
Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services:
- Regular Mowing, Trimming & Blowing (~32 times per year)
- Landscape Trimming (~2 times per year)
- Pine Bark Nugget Mulch Application in landscaped median and around trees (~1 time per year)
- Weed Control for Landscape Beds (~8 times per year)
- Broadleaf Control & Fertilization (~6 times per year)
- Additional services on request (hourly rates apply)
- Optional: Irrigation System Open & Close
Area of Scope
Road frontage facing Hunts Lane up to and including both sides of the black fence. Specifically, “that certain fence, mowing and landscaping maintenance easement that is established in a Deed of record in Deed Book 1191, Page 366 in the Warren County Clerk’s office, being a twenty-five feet wide area running parallel with Hunts Lane along the frontage of Lots 1, 5 & 6 of Plat Book 43, Page 175-176 and located along the south-east side of the existing 25-foot B.S.B.L., UTIL. & DRAIN. ESM’T as shown on Plat Book 43, Page 176.”
